The government will be passing legislation with this a top priority. We recognise we need to invest in education. Also, we are mandating cars and energy be carbon zero by 2030. We only have one planet.</p>

Not everyone wants a liberal arts university education. These certifications will be called standard and master certification. They're giving people opportunity to fill jobs we desperately need. The project is funded by a new tax on corporations. Thank you my fellow Australians.</p>
