The High Representative has decided to reopen the gates for diplomatic missions to be established in Nyetthem, with the privilege of additional consulates in the cities of Elvysen, Havic, Strongheim, and Jaroldsberg. European Union member-states may apply below for a Embassy, and may be invited to open additional consulates in the future.
