Proposed by Internal Affairs Commissioner, Jean-Claude Juncker

Preamble
The European Union and Europe is expanding fast. Every year, new nations come to our region and establish themselves in it, taking part in the frequent happenings of our continent and region. The Europe Day pretends to celebrate just not the arrival of new nations, but also the European Union and every country that is part of it.

DEFINITIONS
I. Europe Day: National day of the European Union which celebrates the values of the European Union, bringing EU citizens closer and celebrates the realities of life in a European Union based on the principles of the rule of law, a Union that possesses a democratic order founded on popular sovereignty and on values that are now accepted and shared by the vast majority of European people.

SECTION I - EUROPE DAY
I. Europe Day shall be celebrated every year on July 25th.
II. If it cannot be celebrated on the proposed day, the European Commission would decide a new date for that year.

The main celebrations are being hosted in Europolis, but anyone can celebrate the Europe day everywhere, we are not forbiding anyone to celebrate Europe Day whenever they want to. I'm just saying that Commission would celebrate it in Europolis and will invite everyone to attend.
