PREAMBLE
Noting the environmental cost, threat to shipping and threat to sovreignty of Reitzmag Dredging and Island Building operations in Prayoslavian and Duchian EEZ's in the South Caspian we call on Reitzmag to stop its operations in the Southwest Caspian for the good of the region
SECTION I. Cessation of Dredging and Island Building
I.The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall cease all Dredging operations outside of its territorial waters and Exclusive Economic Zone
II.The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall cease all land creation operations outside of its territorial waters and Exclusive Economic Zone
III. The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall cease construction of military, airport and port installations outside its territory and Exclusive Economic Zone that are built without consent of the member state responsible for the territory or EEZ and remove existing installations
