<![CDATA[Amendment to the European Arts Collaboration Act]]>SECTION II. FUND INFRASTRUCTURE
Funds will be allocated by a committee known as the European Arts Collaboration Board. of Councillors known as the European Arts Collaboration Board. The board will be organised in the standard manner for committees of Councillors. . Each member-state shall appoint a representative they believe to be versed in the arts to the committee; it shall be headed by a director appointed and removable by the Commissioner of Internal Affairs.

Council committees have long been obsolete; none, even informally, appear to be in existence. Because of this, I am genuinely worried that the Arts Collaboration Board is nonfunctional. Evidently, this must be rectified.
