      Compilation of All Policy

A note: all policy is subject to the approval of member states. Centralized interference into their affairs cannot and will not be tolerated.

      Platform

      ON THE UNION

Curtail the powers of the European Council - a majority-vote based organization that too often ignores the voices of member-states both large and small.

Reform the European Assembly to become what the Council what was - an organization for the representation of governments. On the principle of consensus, give it power to influence and create legislation outright, although only in specific and defined areas.

(Policies above may be adjusted in recognition of feasibility and efficiency)

2a) To the European Assembly, add representation for vocational, ethnic, and cultural groups, as to ensure that the voices of those who even within their own nations are oppressed are heard on a European level.

Create new, specialized institutions for the review and creation of legislation in specific areas - political (relating to the political institutions of member states or the union), cultural and social (relating to the cultural and social institutions of member states or the Union), and economic (relating to the economic policy and institutions of member-states and the Union). These institutions will also serve as "forums" between nations as for the creation of multilateral treaties, as well as for communication between the Union and the Commission.

      ON POLITICS:

Consultation with the Political Council to be formed, or directly with a forum with the governments of member-states, on the following issues:

Elected and Accountable Council Act A Path towards Europe-wide Democracy Suffrage Business Influence over Politics Eurogroup reform National Sovereignty and the Powers of the European Union
Creation of a "United Front" with major political parties in all member-states as to discuss and create political policy that benefits as many as is possible
      ON SOCIETY

Establish special interest groups for marginalized or minority groups of non-political nature. Allow these groups representation in the institutions of the Union, as well as an audience with the Commission and with member-states.

1a) With information from and the consent of these groups, in addition to economic and national bodies, create social policy, on the basis of consensus, that is able to benefit all, or if not, most.

to be discussed immediately: Repression of Cultural and Ethnic Groups Concerns regarding Current Union Social and Cultural Policy Immigration and Migrants

      ON THE ECONOMY

Establish vocational groups in all sectors of the economy for the representation of economic groups. Allow these groups representation in the institutions of the Union, as well as an audience with the Commission and with member-states

In the new "Economic Council" of the vocational groups to be formed, discuss and create economic policy that is able to benefit as many people as possible.
      2a) To Be Discussed Immediately:

Decline of Resource Extraction and Industrial Sectors Employment Collective Bargaining and Unionization The Status of Independent Workers Welfare Ecological Concerns and Economic Issues relating to "Green" solutions

Establish an audience with existing employer and labor unions as to discuss and create policy.
3a) Involve professional and artisan associations in the formation of said policy.

Involve associations and unions in the creation of policy relevant to their areas of work.

      OTHER

Discuss and develop policy, using the institutions described above, on the following issues:

Pandemics and Outbreaks Natural Disasters as a Result of Climate Change Terrorism Transportation Housing Communication and Connectivity Other Concerning Issues to be brought up by member-states or involved groups
1a). Consult with relevant associations and unions, as above, in discussing these issues.

      Addendum I
      I. The European Council will be limited to passing legislation that upholds the spirit of the Constitution - that is, of the republican ideals of liberty, equality, justice, and solidarity. It also will have the responsibility of enforcing the spirit of laws passed by other chambers.

II. The European Assembly will be composed of representatives for the governments of member-states and of linguistic, ethnic, cultural, and vocational groups. It shall have the responsibility of proposing legislation to the smaller chambers to be created, as well as of approving it. It is freer in creating legislation than the European Council; however, it may only do so on political, cultural/social, and economic issues that affect all nations, and on the basis of consensus. If consensus cannot be reached, to be determined by the Premier Commissioner if discussion has already lasted for over two weeks, legislation may be passed by majority. At the same time, it will have the responsibility of creating basic guidelines for the work of the European Council.

III. The Political, Cultural, and Economic Councils will have the responsibility of drafting and reviewing legislation in their specific areas. They are not required to do so; however, what legislation they propose will be approved by either the European Council or the European Assembly dependent on which is relevant to the subject of the proposed material.

IV. Vocational groups will be constituted on a federal basis, with each having one autonomous "branch" in each member-state. They shall have the responsibility of acting to influence and create legislation on the behalf of and in the interests of those they represent. Each group shall be given an allocation of the European budget if they wish to, which it may re-allocate to other agencies or spend for itself. They are encouraged to facilitate the sharing of resources and ideas, as well as the further development of "third-place"/"second place" hybrid facilities on a basis which benefits all equally and which does not further penalize struggling nations, to be developed by a joint meeting of the Political and Economic Councils.

      V. Separate groups of representation shall be created for workers, independent workers, managers, entrepreneurs, cooperatives, small businesses, medium-sized businesses, and large businesses. These will be represented on the Economic Council.

VI. Opposition to an all-European single market. Europe is in a state of transition; the creation of a single market would disrupt this, possibly funneling the resources of developing or liberalizing economies towards the richest. A single market can only be created when all nations agree and are on some level of developmental parity, having well established domestic enterprise. Nations may voluntarily join such a thing if they are willing to.

VII. Support for individual liberties. All people should have the right to bodily autonomy; to do as they wish so long as they harm no one, including themselves. Discussion shall be done with the reformed European Assembly in order to further expand and possibly modify this concept to the liking of all member-states.

VIII. Openness to petitions. It should be simple for all in Europe to petition the Commission or any other institution of the Union; as many as is possible should be answered in some way.

IX. Opposition to European bureaucracy. As much as is possible should be put into the hands of individual nations and of the people. (ie, to specialized vocational groups in place of established appointed councils).

      X. Earthquake preparedness. The events that took place in Granada are worrying; I sympathize for all affected, and hope that they will be able to recover with great speed. In order to prepare for possible future incidents, Europe must prepare disaster plans in the case of damaging earthquakes. Discussion will be held with the European Assembly on this issue.

      Second Addendum

      I. Strong support for unionization. Encourage the creation of collective bargaining agreements, especially of a sectoral nature, in individual member-states; propose legislation banning forms of "union-busting." Campaign to increase unionization across Europe, especially in the technology and "gig" industries.

II. Strong support for creative unions, professional associations, and artisan guilds. Allow these to be allocated spending in place of wasteful bureaucracy or through vocational groups if more cost effective; encourage and aid them in improving and constructing infrastructure as to facilitate the sharing of ideas and possibly resources.

III. Encouragement of the formation of mutual-aid societies, especially in cooperation with vocational groups, unions, associations, and artisan guilds. Included is the creation of "third-place" institutions for the purpose of the exchange of information, socialization, and supplements to existing welfare throughout Europe.

IV. Strong support for the open source movement. Encourage adoption of open-source alternatives in place of currently existing and expensive products; attempt to expand their usage in existing European institutions.

      V. Strong opposition towards the creation of monopolies without regulations. An exception is made for dirigist/etatist economic policies. Discuss expansion and creation of anti-trust legislation with the European Assembly.

VI. Encourage grassroots support for the modernization of failing industry, so that it may continue in a more environmentally friendly one while still serving as a source of employment. Involve vocational groups, unions, associations, and guilds in this effort.

VII. Move Europe away from dependence on appointed bureaucracies towards advisory councils elected by experts.

Addendum III (Please read with knowledge of final addendum)

      I. In their encouragement of the sharing of resources and ideas, as well as the development of "third place" facilities, vocational bodies are asked to work with existing unions, professional assemblies, and guilds. If these are not in existence, they are encouraged to attempt to form them while temporarily taking on what roles they would normally play.

II. Groups of representation for workers, independent workers, managers, entrepreneurs, cooperatives, small businesses, medium-sized businesses, and large businesses will play a similar role to vocational assemblies.

III. Strong support for national self-determination. The European Union is not a state of its own; it is a union of states. Its purpose is to foster agreeable relations between member-states while protecting basic democratic norms and improving prosperity for all. It is not meant to be used as a political structure for the proposal of major infrastructural projects. Individual member-states should be able to conduct their own affairs as they wish so long as they do not infringe without consent on the principles of the autonomy and freedom of individuals as well as the affairs of other member-states.

IV. Strong support for minority cultures. In many places across Europe, minority languages and cultures are marginalized, sometimes even actively persecuted. These violations of human rights should not be tolerated; all cultural and linguistic groups should be valued and represented. If possible, they should be given autonomy as to manage their own affairs as according to their cultural norms.

      V. Strong support for vocational autonomy. Those in a vocation know it best; at the very least, they should have influence over regulations regarding it.

      Addendum IV

      I. Strong support for smallholder agriculture. While larger farms may be able to do better in terms of yield, smallholder agriculture serves as the basis for several economies in Europe. A special vocational chamber shall be created to defend smallholder interests and directly aid smallholders, through previously set out methods; discussion with Economic Council, vocational chambers, and other economic groups regarding research into ways to further protect and improve existing smallholder agriculture.

II. Strong support for urban agriculture. In many place, urban agriculture has been neglected or even obstructed, despite its role in community building as well as in providing sustainable produce to food deserts. Discuss, with the European Assembly, the possible creation of laws protecting and potentially encouraging community urban agriculture efforts. Investigate creating a special vocational chamber for those who engage in the activity as to protect their interests.

III. Strong opposition to rogue states. States that make no attempt to follow democratic norms, or in the case of unrest, do not plan to return to them, must be condemned by all Europe. Discuss the creation, with the European Assembly, of a "treaty of solidarity" in which nations collectively agree to take action against states which are defined by the Union to be rogue or totalitarian.

IV. Strong support for a united Commission. The Commission should be one institution, not three entirely separate offices as it currently is. There should be an attempt to unify its aims for the streamlining of governance.

      Addendum V

      I. Strong support for the modernization of industry and agriculture. The Union should encourage modernization in all sectors of the economy in order to allow for a green and more efficient economy that remains able to maintain full employment.

II. Strong support for the expansion of "organic" agriculture. Forms of agriculture that may be able to expand yields while maintaining soil integrity (ie, agroforestry, permaculture) should be promoted by the Union as a whole, through agreements with existing agricultural institutions and related vocational chambers.

III. Strong support for just transition. Workers who work in sectors and industries that are unsustainable should be involved in the process of transition; they should be guaranteed equivalent jobs in stable industries.

      Addendum VI

      I. Vocational chambers should be composed of instantly recallable delegates. With an equal delegation from each country, vocational chambers should operate on the principle of consensus. Both of these measures are meant to ensure greater accountability as well as control by ordinary citizens over the internal workings of the European Union, as well as on how budgets are allocated.

II. Vocational chambers should be decentralized; a great deal of power should be given to more local branches. These, which will operate in as democratic a way as possible, as to be defined by agreements to be made with member-states, will carry the primary burden of improving and expanding existing working facilities.

III. Vocational chambers should work with business, government, whether local or national, and government agencies in their attempt to develop unifying policy through discussion.

IV. Vocational chambers should not overrule the policies of the member-states they are operating in.

      V. There should be an attempt made to merge as many European bureaucracies with vocational chambers as to increase efficiency and accountability while ensuring that experts remain in control, regardless of the state of a given Commission.

      VI. National sovereignty is sacrosanct.

      Addendum VII

      I. Regarding businesses in the mineral extraction industry, there will be compromise regarding anti-trust laws, if desired by the countries in which they operate.

II. All are equal - strong support for the UDoHR.

      Addendum VIII

      On Vocational Chambers

In creating policy, the vocational chambers shall only do so within bounds set by member-states. Within an individual country, their very structure shall be defined by member-states as well. They may not even have function or power within member-states if said member-state desires.

I have no intention of allowing these chambers to take any form of control over national economies; it is the nation which should have the final say in these things.

Archbishop and Secretariat Sworn-in Following Pink Wave

      June 22nd, 2023

      alt text
The Archbishop celebrates being handily re-elected

The College of Bishops met to today to elect the Archbishop of the Inquistan Orthodox Church. Archbishop Mikaela Kligenberg was re-elected in the first round with 161 votes, while Bishop Michael Cunard received 76 votes and Bishop Karinn Lallana received 3 votes.

The Archbishop was supported by her legion of 149 allied bishops who were elected under the Kligenbergist tent, as well as the 11 bishops who were elected under the Reformist banner, including Bishop Secretary Anja Emerett.

The formerly Reformist bishops announced they would support the Archbishop and join her bloc following the election results. While the Kligenbergist Bloc was already 150 members strong, the additional 11 members will be quite welcome, as they will provide the governing bloc with a super majority, which requires 159 voting members of the 240 member legislature. A super majority within the College of Bishops will allow the Archbishop to accelerate or circumvent certain aspects of the legislative process, diminishing the political tools of her opponents.

The Archbishop then swore-in the Church Secretariat, the executive body of the Church. Silas Kligenberg has been named Chief Secretary, which means the Archbishop's cousin will have his hands in much of the Archbishop's proposed legislation. Chief Bishop Kligenberg has been considered an inside architect of the Archbishop's New Public Propserity agenda.

Antoni Reynels has been named as the new Bishop Secretary of State, replacing Bishop Secretary Emerett. Despite being sworn-in as the country's new Secretary of State, Bishop Secretary Reynels also continues to serve as the European Commissioner of Foreign Affairs.

Bishop Secretary Emerett was also named to the Secretariat, making herself the only former Reformist to make it into the executive body, perhaps for her decision to join the Archbishop and provide her bloc with a super majority, and heal any linger divides between the cohort of former allies. The Bishop Secretary was made the new Home Secretary, which is a brand new position born out of a merger between the Secretariats of Public Safety and Immigration and Citizenship. Bishop Secretary Emerett's new position represents neither a promotion nor a demotion from her previous position as Secretary of State, as the Home Secretary will be considered a core Secretariat position. Bishop Secretary Emerett herself was once a longtime civil servant within the Church's Immigration Secretariat, was Secretary for Immigration under Archbishop Alexander Kligenberg, and is popular with both Sahrawi and Czech immigrant communities, and so makes an ideal fit for the position.

With the exception of the Home Secretary, all other positions within the Church Secretariat are made up of members of the Klingenbergist Bloc who had previously pledged their loyalty to the Archbishop. The Church Secretariat has been slimmed down to 21 members, representing 19 secretariats and 2 executive offices. The previous Secretariat maintained gender parity between members, but the new Secretariat features only 9 men, while 12 women make up the majority. This is the first ever woman-majority Secretariat in the history of the Inquistan Orthodox Church.

The Archbishop and the Church Secretariat are now tasked with executing on their bold and ambitious election pledges, which notably includes implementing New Public Prosperity. While a mountain of work lies ahead, the governing bloc has mustered a super majority to move things forward, and otherwise faces little opposition.

In spite of the Archbishop's sweeping victory, Bishop Lallana managed to cling onto re-election as Inquista's Councillor to the European Union, barely managing a comeback during the second round of voting before reaching a decisive victory in the final round. The Archbishop and Councillor have promised to work cordially together despite their political differences, which could certainly develop into a closer working relationship as the Archbishop's fiancé appears poised to become a European Commissioner under Bishop Lallana's Everyone's Front eurogroup.

Statement on DFA, FA and CFA Anti-Hooliganism Regulations

The Union of European Football Associations takes note of the plans unveiled by the Duchian Football Association, the Fooball Association and the Californian Football Association, allowing private investigators to enter stadiums in order to supervise fans' behaviour and monitor for incidents. In our previous statement, we warned the Duchian Football Association about the consequences of said plans if applied. In addition, we stated that spying on fans and hidden investigators in our competitions would not be welcomed. The new announcement made by the three mentioned federations is an attack towards the guidelines set by UEFA on this matter.

Furthermore, the Union of European Football Associations is concerned about the possible bans that may be applied on foreign fans by Duchain authorities, restricting their right to support their national team. UEFA would like to remind its complete compromise with the fight against racism, sexism and violent attitudes inside and outside the pitch, yet it does not deem appropiate that the United Duchies' Football Association acts as a sort of international judge, interfering with other nations' legal jurisdiction. It is also unclear to us if the proposed ban for Duchian nationals, being subject to not being able to leave their country again, contradicts the right to Freedom of Movement recognised by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Union of Football Associations will study legal actions against these plans if they are not withdrawn.

I agree with the Rt. Hon. Deputy Speaker in his criticism of the decision conveyed to us by the Rt. Hon. Councilor for Reitzmag to withdraw the proposed legislation. FROM THE EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE
      EUROPOLIS
      2020-09-16

JULIAN MELGAR ex rel KINGDOM OF SPAIN v. GEORGE MONTREAL ex rel KINGDOM OF REITZMAG

On the Case of Original Jurisdiction filed by the CLAIMANT, the Kingdom of Spain.

      CONCURRING:
      Andreas EKKA
      Anne GRUWEZ

      DISSENTING:
      NONE

      RECUSED:
      Luis López GUERRA

Chief Justice Ekka delivering the opinion of the court.

The Kingdom of Reitzmag, represented by the individual George Montreal, entered an agreement with the UNSR for recognition of said government in exchange for provisions to replace a naval asset lost in conflict pursuant to the Nyetthem Accords, an international treaty. The CLAIMANT presented that the actions of the individual George Montreal taken on behalf of the Kingdom of Reitzmag

The Court has concluded that, though the signing of the Nyetthem Accords preceded the Condemnation of the Coup in Icholasen Act, the Reitzmic Government and its associated entities knowingly and willingly disobeyed European Law for political, economic, and personal gain.

The Court draws attention to Section 2, Paragraph 1 of the Condemnation of the Coup in Icholasen act, stating,

“Effectively immediately, any and all military trade agreements between EU member states and Icholasen are hereby suspended and banned until such time as the legitimate government as Icholasen is restored.”

This act SUSPENDS and BANS any and all military trade agreements with the UNSR, and thus the bilateral military trade agreement between the Kingdom of Reitzmag and the UNSR as provisioned in the Nyetthem Accords was thus suspended. Therefore, any effort to fulfill the named provisions taken by the Kingdom of Reitzmag or individuals acting on behalf of entities named would be in violation of European Law.

Thus, the actions taken by the Reitzmic government in accepting funds for the loss of naval hardware in lieu of replacements for said hardware pursuant to the Nyetthem Accords following the passage of the Condemnation of the Coup in Icholasen Act were in direct violation of European Law.

However, this court will not rule that the actions taken by the Reitzmic government in returning said funds were in violation of European Law. The return of funds was demanded by the UNSR after the Reitzmic government failed to uphold provisions in the treaty requiring them to recognise the UNSR. Thus, the return of funds was an action taken as restitution for the violation of a bilateral diplomatic agreement with a sufficient degree of separation from the initial agreement and thus not effecting or operating in lieu of the exchange of military hardware.

Regarding the kidnapping of Mr Bernie Sanders, the Reitzmic Prime Minister and Reitzmic Foreign Minister at the time were both operating in their positions within the Reitzmic government and were thus representing and acting on behalf of the entity the government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag. Both parties share liability in their actions. The open negotiations for military hardware from the UNSR, while not a violation of the law, establishes a pattern of behaviour in the Kingdom of Reitzmag that ignores the spirit of European Legislation in favour of opportunistic exchanges.

AS SUCH, this court rules in favour of the CLAIMANT. The actions taken by the Reitzmic government following the passage of the Condemnation of the Coup in Icholasen act ignoring the suspension of military trade agreements was a violation of European Law. This Court recognises that the Reitzmic Government was required to return the monies transferred that that the members of government have since been removed.

This Court thus ORDERS that the Kingdom of Reitzmag pay a fine of 500 000 000 € to the European Union and an additional 150 000 000 € to the Global Alliance Against Human Trafficking. This court also ORDERS that any remaining ‘suspended’ military or trade agreements, as defined in the Condemnation of the Coup in Icholasen Act, between the UNSR and Reitzmag be cancelled.

IN ADDITION, this court finds that the individual GEORGE MONTREAL was an accomplice in his actions taken pursuant to the Reitzmic provisions in the Nyetthem Accords to facilitate the exchange of military assets or a large sum in lieu thereof. As such, GEORGE MONTREAL is thus fined 5 000 000 € for contempt of European Law pursuant to the facilitation of violation of European Law by an entity directly devolved and named above.

CONDEMNATION OF THE COUP OF THE LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT OF ICHOLASEN

      PREAMBLE
The European Union has committed to the Principles of Democracy, Rule of Law, and Human Rights. The recent actions taken by a cabal of communist sympathizing officers in the Nicoleizian Armed Forces are an affront to those principles. The European Union will attempt to support peaceful and diplomatic solutions to this crisis to the best of its ability

      SECTION 1: DECLARATIONS

Folks, the situation we're in all over Europe is so bad. The EPA globalists have been running Europolis for so long, and they've given us coups, they've given us bombs, they've given us Communism, and they've given us so many crazy laws that some countries, and you can't blame them, are just ignoring the EU.

I don't know about you, folks, but I think we've learned so much tonight. So much. It's so clear now. There's only one pro-EU, anti-coup candidate on this stage, and that's me, OK? The other candidates pick and choose what coups they like, and that's so bad, they have no ideas about how to stop more coups. They want more rules imposed on our countries, and they want more crazy spending projects which means taking money from countries, and that means tax-paying citizens like you, OK?

If we let the globalists back in again, and I regret that, sadly, I have to include Winston in that, based on what I've heard tonight, they will keep losing. They will keep losing to the coups, to the Communist coups especially, and also, they will alienate everybody so countries will start ignoring the laws from Europolis, and also, they will start ignoring the bills. And that's how the EU breaks apart, folks.

We have two choices, folks. Either we let the globalists keep destroying our region; or we decide to Make Europe Great Again. With me on the Commission, we will be strong against the coups, we will be fiscally responsible, and we will repeal crazy laws like the Refugee Protection Act and get countries taking the EU seriously again. The globalists have been keeping our countries down for so long, it’s time we drain the swamp and bring change in Europolis.

Together, folks, we are going to – excuse me; hey, quiet, OK? – we are going to Make Europe Safe Again, we are going to Make Europe Prosperous Again, we are going to Make Europe One Again, and we are going to Make Europe Great Again! Thank you!

Weird. I did not berate any Commissioner, nor did I even mention any Commissioner in my previous comments, and anyone in the EPA should know that I have great respect for all our incumbent Commissioners, particularly for Commissioner Juncker. The contempt that Cllr. Van Allen has for Commissioner Juncker is his feelings - not mine. Don't get them confused.

I am simply expressing that the Coalition has legal obligations to report on their activities every four days, but hasn't. That's a legal obligation outlined in the Council resolution, and it's an obligation for good reason. It's not something that can, or should, be brushed off because "the situation as a whole stayed fairly 'boring' to a certain degree". The vast majority of this chamber has not even the faintest idea of what is going in the Eastern Haane, and that is a grave concern. It's a matter of not having another Dromund Kaas on our hands, especially because, again, this is both an EU-backed mission and we've also now deployed the ERF into the country. I have to say, after your comments, I am now even more confused as to what is going on.

Though, for the record, I never said Vayinaod's withdrawal was a mistake or that your country wasn't allowed to. When we haven't heard anything out of Eastern Haane for over a month, except for a withdrawal of one of the Coalition members, of course that brings alarm to the situation. You may say it's not sudden, but I certainly wasn't expecting the withdrawal, nor was I made aware of it, and I can't seem to find any of these government statements or conferences you've alluded to regarding it. I'd love if you stopped by my office and presented them to me. I am not chastising your country, I am just looking for basic transparency. The single Vardic media article on the matter didn't exactly make the whole situation clear, especially given that it is entitled "ARCHKONSUL NYLUND ANNOUNCES WITHDRAWL FROM EASTERN HAANE" and the entire content of article itself goes in depth of your country's withdrawal from Eastern Haane, which left the impression Vayinaod was exiting the mission. I mean, if Vayinaod isn't participating in the NFZ, then what is it doing in the mission? This isn't a gotcha type question, this is a real question, because I really don't know.

I just think it's disheartening, and yes, I do think a expectation, that if you participate in an EU-backed mission, that the Coalition members don't withdraw from it mid-mission, because the European Council has put immense trust in the Coalition. Being part of an EU-backed military mission does not preclude these sort of decisions from scrutiny. In fact, it means they ought to be scrutinized and understood. However, since Vayinaod will apparently not be exiting the mission, this whole situation is a non-issue, and I stand corrected.

I'm not sure why you're quoting the word Coalition like I've made it up as a term, when it's the term that is used and created in the Council resolution.

Lastly, I have spoken to Air Marshal Hariett Copala on the matter, and maybe I should invite her to speak here, but I got the impression from her that she has not been briefed at all by any of the Coalition members on the current situation, and she in particular also didn't have any idea that Vayinaod was ceasing its operations, and apparently she hasn't received any intel from Vayinaod on the matter at all at any point, so now I'm feeling more worried about the issue. Maybe I understood her wrong, but she gave me the idea that the Coalition was just continuing as it was before, and she hasn't been included in any decision-making or any intel-sharing whatsoever.

Like everyone here said, thank you for hosting the debate and providing very challenging questions, Stephanie.

People of Europe, in this election, there will be many questions that you will ask yourself as you cast your vote in the ballot. Many of these candidates will give you an answer to those questions, but there is one that i think that you need to also think about. Did you feel more economically stable now then you did four months? Do you feel that you have been treated as an equal citizen by the previous Premiership? Do you think that you think that your voice has been heard by the current premier, even if it is an unpopular voice? If the answer has been no, then i would ask you to vote for somebody that is willing to hear those voices.

A Kerstin Premiership will give realistic values to the people of Europe and provide an equal voice to all the nations of this community. Europe needs to have a leader that will listen to their wishes, their voices. The Premier Commissioner is supposed to represent the needs of all Europe, not the needs of the nations that voted for them. That is what makes a Premier Commissioner the best to this community of nations.

Sham Rock all came onto the stage - including the man who played the piano. Anne Barrett, the lead singer, took to the stage, draped in a UNSR flag.

"It is really an honour to win Eurovoice. You know, I think everyone here in the audience is the belle (or beau!) of Neomantua city! I'm glad I could bring a little bit of folk to Eurovoice. Who doesn't love folk? It seems in the audience there's a disturbance, he is not handsome, he is not pretty and he definitely is not the belle of Neomantua city... Sad! But onto the main speech. I'd like to thank Angleter for this amazing show. The graphics were stunning, and really improved on those at Eurovoice 35 in Icholasen! It's also great to have so many nations here, and that's really a credit to the draw of Angleter as a European cultural powerhouse. New Birmingham and all cities across Angleter produce great artists. Such as,' she checks her notes, 'Drake Bell! I'd also like to extend my thanks to Peter Montford. What a man.' She purred and winked at the Big Cheese. 'What. A. Man. Without him,' the Inquistans in the audience roared with applause, 'what would Eurovoice be?' Anne Barrett continued despite the applause. 'Montford, otherwise known as 'Beefcake Supreme' and 'The Lion of the EUBC', has done so much good work for Eurovoice. It'll be great to see who his successor is, and how they will build on his great work. And so finally, I'd just like to say thank you!! I love my country. Next time in Cesae Vauvra!" There was a mixed reaction from the crowd.
